I think I can spoil it! Well, it’s made by Dusty, so it’s likely a campaign shot. And when I played the level “Cortana” yesterday, there was a “stasis field” around Cortana when you find her. I think that’s what this is.
Hmmmm looks like someone altered a Bubble Shield….notice the honeycomb structure underneath? ;) correct me if I’m wrong eh.
