Its on Blackout, but I’m thinking its modded (but what the hell do I know). The only possible way I would know to get that green is with smoke I think. But where’s the smoke!?

I’m assuming he put the camera underwater, threw a regen nearby, and threw a power drain above. Still perfect timing though, so I’m fairly lost.
