Theirs only 1 way that I know of to get a screenshot like this. You have to go through the painful process of RROD!!!!

To everyone saying whats up with his armor… When you get RROD and you actually get your xbox to work and play a game this is what it looks like. And when you take screenies they show up like that.

Ive had RROD for like 2 years now and all i have to do is restart my xbox and it works fine without this effect :/
