oh good guesses, its campaign and at the beginning of the ark. I found them while searching for the control room to the covenant ship (purple and orange room…), sped the pan cam up too high, and stumbled upon this, theres doors, cases, carbines, plasma pistols,plasma grenades and a lone hologram pedastal. After a lot of curious observation, I concluded that it is an unrendered Ark lvl ending ( with the invisible brutes, chieftan, and jumppackers)weird indeed.
Yah it,s the ark. I saw a thread in the halo 3 forums about 2 months ago asking the community if this was something that could be a huge glitch. But, then some random guy told the OP that he shouldn’t show this to the rest of the world because someone might steel his find. So after that he edited the thread to say something else. I guess the secret has been brought back to the surface.

Took me a bit to figure out where this was taken, and I’m still not sure … I think it’s outside of Orbital.

It isn’t the outside of Orbital. Orbital doesn’t have those covy supply cases. Nor does it have those exact doors. It has to be campaign.
