That does make the Flood look a whole lot more terrifying. I sometimes wish they made Halo 3 a bit darker, both in brightness and theme.

As a Dead Space freak, I love this shot. The light and angle very much make the back limb look like a slasher.
wow, really awesome. If I could change anything I would make the left side of the flood’s body a little tiny bit brighter. but still great shot.

It’s not a perfect game but I’m a big, big fan of it. It is a single player only experience so replay value is limited. That being said, I’ve completely played through it once and would like to have at least one more go at it on a different difficulty level. I would say, absolute bare minimum, rent it. I’ve written several article about that game on my other site so you can always head there and search for “Dead Space” for the related articles. Like I said, it’s not a perfect game but it is, in my opinion, the scariest game available on the 360 to date.
Indeed it is. I will go so far to say that it is the scariest game I’ve ever played period. Definitely worth a rent if not a purchase. If anybody is interested I named the picture after it because the Necromorphs and the Flood share a lot of similarities, and this picture really reminded me of the visual style in that particular game. Also this was taken during my second attempt at the Vidmaster challenge, and it was the laggiest game I have EVER played. At least some good came of it lol.
