Ohhhh I see how it works now! The flamethrower throws flames and the eco-friendly thrower throws…exhaust?

Starting fires…with a weapon that is itself flamable. Doesn’t sound like a very good idea…

I’m guessing that the Spartan’s coming out of active camo, but the lag of the game caused the weapon to come out of it more slowly. I may be wrong, though…?
Nice effect anyway.
