I do however see a lasso.
It’s a bee, the weapons are his wings, the forklift is his stringers and the Chopper is the body.
I think you mean the forklift is it’s antennae, bees only have a stinger at the tail.
I too first thought it was a bull wrangler with a lasso, which is why I assume you titled it “eight seconds” [to tie up a bull].
If you look at the subtle additions to the front and rear of the Chopper, you will notice the bee.
But if the weapons are a wing, where is the other wing?
